Never Hybe, Never SM for me, So the choice was really only between JYP and YG. I went with YG because I enjoy their music styling more and that is literally the only reason.

Found SUJU on youtube after watching some AMV in 2009, Went through the SMTown Channel, loved SNSD, BoA, Shinee. Over the next few months searched out other groups like 2NE1, BigBang, 2AM/2PM, Gummy.

First group I actively joined the whole "stanning" culture of was f(x) on their debut, spent the next 4 years keeping up on new groups and releases, Sistar, Miss A, Block B, Apink, Keith Ape, EXO, EXID, Fiestar.

In 2013 I just ran out of time to keep up with stuff between work and other responsibilities, as well as some disappointing music, came back in 2023 thanks to finding Jisoo's flower and then Babymonsters Dream, now I've been trying to catch up on what I missed over those 10 years.

As long as they can keep Teddy away from them I think it'll be something new, or I hope it will. It'll be nice to enjoy listening to more than four Blackpink songs.

If you would of asked like 6 months ago it would of 100% been Lisa, but with how nuts APT has been I think it's flipped over to Rosé.

It's easily my least favourite Blackpink song, I like the Tokyo dome remix version of it but I cannot stand the original.

Also the fact that Rora, Ahyeon and Rami are all still attending school in person as often as possible. It's honestly really impressive what they have gotten done with them so young. Hopefully they do get some rest in between concert prep.

f(x) had a single tour in their entire career, over 6 years in, it was after their FOURTH album after Sulli had already left it had 11 stops and only in South Korea and Japan.

I refuse to get myself dragged into another SM group because of it no matter how strong their groups can be.

I enjoy quite a few groups, but the only groups content I actually watch is Babymonsters their Haunted House episodes from last year are some of my favourite youtube content I've watched in years.

Of the three SNSD songs about boys, it's the middle one. The Boys is the best, I Got a Boy is the middle, and Boyfriend is an abomination. So, Blop I guess.

Love in my Heart is my favourite song of Babymonsters, of 2024 just in general, and is nearing like top 20 of all time. I genuinely didn't think anything would surpass Forever for me this year but as soon as I heard the snippet before the album came out I knew it would be my favourite.

Normally no and after I get caught up with the third and fourth gen groups I missed while not listening to kpop for 10 years it'll likely go back to being like less than 5% of my normal playlists. Right now it's probably about 95% of what I'm listening to because of trying to catch up.

I got started on Boy Groups back in the day, SUJU, SHINee, 2PM/2AM, TVXQ, Big Bang, Seo Taiji and Boys, 015B, SECHSKIES, and some early 3rd gen groups, BTOB, EXO.

Stopped listening to Kpop in 2013, came back last year and still trying to catch up on third and fourth gen girl groups but the one group that I'm excited to dive into is Seventeen.

From what I've seen on twitter, Monstiez are very reactive, Probably overly so.

They snap back and make a big deal about every perceived slight towards the girls, and a couple of the solo fandoms are a lot worse than others and OT7.

But saying that, I have rarely seen them actually start anything, which might just be from all the accounts I have blocked cause I try to avoid the toxic morons as much as possible.

2010 was the best year for Kpop for me personally.

But I'll extend it from the end of 2009 to early 2011.

f(x) debut and Pinocchio, arguably SUJU and SNSD best eras, all of the BigBang projects in 2010 were top tier 2NE1 with To Anyone. Block B debut.

The only thing that would of made it perfect was finding the time to take a trip for the SM Town Live tour, but I got busy at work.

It's my favourite song they have put out, as a massive fan of theirs. We should hopefully be getting a video for it within the next couple weeks as well cause they are promoting it on Music Shows throughout the end of the year.

Jisoo's Flower, And then I got caught up in the Babymonster hype cause of Asa's Godzilla cover. I stopped listening to anything other than f(x) in 2013, and then stopped listening to f(x) once Sulli left in 2015.

Easily my favourite of the post-YG solos. Rosie just does it different. loved it.
