I think BABYMONSTER are the only new girl group that can achieve what Aespa, IVE, NewJeans and LE SSERAFIM have achieved, but BLACKPINK remain unmatched.
However, Dua Lipa has announced that she will collaborate with LE SSERAFIM. But will this happen and is Dua Lipa still as big as she used to be?
In 2023, real K-pop songs like those by NewJeans and LE SSERAFIM were still receiving a lot of attention worldwide, for example on Spotify. Magnetic by ILLIT was the last one.
Since then, it has almost only been western style songs, solo songs by members of BTS and BLACKPINK and some are not considered K-pop at all. For me, there are now too many of them and I fear that they could displace real K-pop.
For me personally, Rebel Heart and Attitude are the best songs that have been released in months.
I really liked Drip by BABYMONSTER and APT by Rosé and Bruno Mars. All the others are by groups of small companies that will certainly remain underrated worldwide.

BABYMONSTETR surprised me with their last comeback. Drip is a strong song and I really like Click Clack and now Love In My Heart as well.

That's hardly possible. There are some very well-known hits like Cupid and Super Shy. People know the songs but not the groups.
Or have there been articles and interviews on the main topic in European and American music magazines or music channels like MTV?
No! The Euro-American media and music channels only highlight BLACKPINK and its members as soloists, but discriminate against other Korean girl groups to prevent them from becoming as popular.
Of course there are also some really bad toxic influences that want to prevent that.
KISS OF LIFE are probably a stupid example. But in order to become popular and successful as soloists, their girl groups would first have to become popular
But what would happen if a star like Beyoncé did a collab with KISS OF LIFE? Then KISS OF LIFE would be very popular in one fell swoop, maybe not as popular as BLACKPINK.
Unfortunately, such big stars as Bruno Mars only know Jennie, Lisa and Rosé and not KISS OF LIFE and other girl groups, who all deserve to be at least as popular as BLACKPINK.
