Im using chrome and fact is it actually worked randomly to upload pictures, like 1 out of 30 .

May I ask what has been done to website that I need to try other browsers to get uploading pictures work? This is never a problem before with my current browser.

I can't upload pictures in a quote to other users . This never happened before.

After attachment/ upload I double clicked on pics to upload from phone as usual for the job and now it went silent.

inside someones msg as me quoting them, or in a thread i made trying to upload pics/ quoting other users msgs in my thread, all these dont work in uploading pics

I failed to upload pics in quotes lately which has never been a problem.

Clicked attachment/ upload, select a pic in PC smaller than size limit, double clicked the pic with left button and it went silent... next phase should have come out let me choose thumb/ full image as always before but this is not happening now.

Do you have the same issue?
