Yeah, the problem persists when I switch to Huawei browser.

I only have those two though, so it's possible that it works fine with other browsers.

try switching from phone mode to desktop mode on chrome and then upload...it worked for me (using chrome on phone) Freddie235X-2

And no, didn't have any problem on laptop but had the same issueas you on phone which resolved with desktop version
