now everyone has their tinfoil hat on saying everything is sabotage. why would hybe want one of their biggest IPs to not perform well? and newjeans have never been strong on youtube. they have good playlisting, how is hybe sabotaging them? they also sold almost a million albums. if hybe wanted to really sabotage them they would other much more effective ways.

Shes the ADOR CEO, not HYBE, so she has no reason to care for HYBE or its other subsidiaries in the same vain that Be:lift needs to focus on their groups and company and bighit theirs and source theirs and so on

Just a thought, but I wonder if its possible that Hybe creates a co-CEO position for Ador. Not sure if Hybe would have the power to do that at the general shareholder meeting, or if it's something only MHJ can do. It does seem possible though that Hybe could for example increase the directors on the board to 10. Could even keep the current directors then but add 7 hybe loyalists in that case. The only issue you could run here is if those hybe directors prevent MHJ from taking certain actions that she could accuse them of obstruction of business. We'll find out tomorrow how awkward things will become.
she'll definitely do that if she's writing up whistleblower emails about brand deals.

Not just Youtuber but Hybe needs to be sued as well, it is always they wanted it to get out there to change public opinion about MHJ and they purposely leaked it to Youtubers.

They might replace other board members to gain better control over the situation.
So what now? Will they pay her compensation to get her out? Will they coexist? This isn’t really a win for either side. The situation is actually pretty awkward and toxic now.
yes, once they strated leaking it to the press i knew they thought their case was weak. that chosun article that came out with plan b was also an indication of that.
wonder what this means for their civil/criminal case...
coexistence is impossible at this point, it's clear mhj is set on leaving, she just wants to leave with a lot of money.

but it's clear she had intention of damaging hybe, especially with that whistleblower email and the FTC public complaint. she actually complained in a 'whistleblower' email that lsfm got a lvmh brand deal, she's not a serious woman.
