Yeah its a tough one with the user who was banned, one hand I can't argue he was warned and then used the r word, which is a huge no no. the accusations don't make sense for the music either. it maybe sounds like something nj could've potentially released but not really overly similar to any particular song that they have. of course that can't be considered plagiarism, the music industry would be full of plagiarism lawsuits if you couldnt even make vaguely similar music to other artists. i'm not aware of any lawsuits ever that were mostly just based on "similar vibes". its often difficult to tell the difference between a lot of ballad singers, rappers, metal bands, edm artists, country singers etc. there's more room for diversity in kpop because it isnt really a specific genre but still no ones trying to sue each other unless significant parts of their songs were copied.
But do you not think it hurts the brand if you have 2 Hybe groups who would be similar heck even just on vibes? Why would any company try to do that, 2 very similar groups with less then a year of each other. To me, instead of kicking her out as the CEO by changing the composition of the board (which is how is should've been divided, 20% MHJ vs 80% MHJ), they should've suspended her CEO position until the legal issues surrounding her had been resolved, as it wouldn't have brought her shareholder agreement with Hybe into disrepute.

Sending the staff is clearly a tactic. A day before the performance they weren't sending the staff to work they got sent to be ignored. So then they can say hey look we tried after court result and NJZ still ignored us. If the judge is the same might be good tactic.
