Mine is kpop fans thinking BTS members are not popular individually.
Like what??? BTS members have more Spotify followers with 0 playlisting, unpromoted and surprise releases than all these kpop soloists (besides IU, even she is behind rapline) have with all the playlisting and promotions.
Jungkook and Jimin's solo songs which they never even talked about chart as good as other kpop soloists full blown releases.
Rapline albums without physicals are charting better than all these kpop soloists with physicals. These kpop fans really think any BTS member won't sell more than any other kpop group has ever sold if they release an album tomorrow.
This seems to be the new trend to discredit BTS members and bear in mind BTS nor BH promote individual members they are still way beyond anyone else in kpop without even trying. They just happen to be part of the biggest group of all time we talking Beatles level. Trust me nobody cried about John and Paul not having bigger solo careers when being a Beatle was enough flex 🤣

Kind of sad that they barely play their songs despite Butter being one of the most requested songs while songs that don't get requested a lot are playing 3 times an hour.
You don’t seem to understand how radio works. You need to pay to play. Cr and hybe don’t pay enough. Things may change with this new deal however.

They can def do arenas in korea and japan c'mon
With promo and push it’s possible. It’s hard to say for example what Jin can do when his OST isn’t even being supported by Armys.

I think hyung line could too sell out arenas. People forget there’s more army then solo stans and armys are huge therefore army’s would of course support all members of bts
They have potential but when I think about Korea and Japan I doubt very much. They pay HL little attention on their own.

What context? I’ve seen this full interview and it’s clear what he is saying. Namjoon has spoken about this “writers block” and hardship regarding his writing and music for the past year now. Did you even watch his last VLive?or long letter to Armys? You are making up narratives now.

I’ve been thinking for years BH SNS game has been weak. Their presence on IG and Tiktok sucks. They have gotten only this far due to BTS being super charismatic talented and Armys hard carrying promo.
Txt promo is highly aggressive and media played and they need it- as contrary to some posts I’m reading above txt is not getting the right kind of attention. In fact the increase in more hybe groups next year tells me the higher ups at Hybe are not satisfied with txt results. I wonder if Bang even knows all their names? I don’t have much issue with the txt promo they have a different team that is obvious and they need the push especially in Korea.
I do feel the BTS sns team is incompetent. Even the ot7 official work is barely tweeted about or media-played so for individual work I never expect much.
