Hybe can definitely decide to fire her and dissolve the company (not sure if Bang PD can do it alone since there are alot of hidden investors in Hybe now.) But until the day it occurs it'll still be considered its own separate company.

There's no reason for them to dissolve the company. If they no longer want it, they can just sell it to another investor or list it on the stock market and make money. The moment they kick out MHJ. The valuation will drop so it's a stupid thing to do.

Another example. Kakao can also decide to sack all the starship board and CEO's and choose to hire Band PD as the new CEO of Starship.

But that doesn't mean starship is now Hybe or Kakao. It'll still be considered its own separate entity until the day they decide to dissolve it.

It says subsidiary right there, that means its a separate company. It is a private company so there wouldn't be a separate stock ticker, whereas HYBE is a public company so it'll have its own stock ticker. If Ador goes public then it'll have its own stock ticker.

Of course Ador will have its own P+L and balance sheet, how else will they manage its finances.

The reason why Ador's valuable its because it is controlled by MHJ. There is no reason for HYBE to influence it as it will drop in value the moment it does. It will no longer be known as a company controlled by MHJ.

Also HYBE wouldn't be able to control it directly. What they can do is kick out the CEO/ directors and put in a new one. But the CRO/director will always be the one that controls the day to day tasks and will be independent from the other entities.

No, they are saying. Other staff that accessed peoples personal details never got fired. So it was unfair for this Yoon guy to be fired just because he accessed a more popular person's (RM) details.

Noone ever got fired accessing people's personal details before. It was not grounds for dismissal so they reinstated the guy. He was only dismissed in the first place due to fan backlash and media reports.

Also it is not the government that reinstated him. It was the department that protect the workers rights that reinstated him. The rationale being assessing personal details of people on record is not grounds of dismissal.

As for why all the staff are allowed to view the private details without repercussions, that is another story. I have a feeling this is normalized in that company and everyone is doing it.

It is correct.

They are independent of HYBE, when they get paid it'll be paid by Ador. When they go to work, they will be going to the Ador building and not the Hybe building. When Lesserafim goes to work they will be going to the Source Music headquarters which is in a completely different location.

Same reasoning as when we say IVE is under Starship, Aespa is under SM or IU is under EDAM. We don't say they are under Kakao. Even though they are owned by Kakao.

Ador, Source Music and Pledis are all separate companies with completely different management and staff. They are not even 100% owned by HYBE, they just own a controlling stake.

Minji when she signed the contract. It will have been signed with ADOR and not with HYBE. In her daily life she will barely ever see any hybe branding or staff. She'll be interacting with ador wherever she goes. Even Lesserafim in most of their clips online. They actually thank source music and not hybe when they receive prizes and stuff.

Visuals don't stand out anymore as pretty much all members of groups look really pretty these days (especially after make up, photoshop etc which is what people online see.)

All izone members were popular. Kim minju was rumoured to be in lesserafim but she didn't sign the contract as she wanted to moved on to become an actress.

In regards to lesserafim, they have a big hill to climb to compete with new jeans.

I feel with time the individual new jeans member will perform better and have more charisma as they gain more experience.

Whereas I feel Sakura and Chaewon has already reached their peak and it's up to the other 3 members to carry the group forward. They also need a viral number 1 song to catch a glimpse of a daesang. Newjeans already have 7.

Jennie is definitely more popular than V right now. But I think V will have more longevity as he is a male.

In 10 yrs time Jennie will be too old to be a IT Girl. Girls from the 5/6th kpop gens will over shadow her.

Whereas V can still get more popular with more solo releases and in 10 years time can still be at his peak for a male.
