i always had a lil' bi of anxiety because when big things happened id get overwhelmed and one time when i was 6-7 i got so overwhelmed that they called an ambulance to take me to the ER bcs my breathing ir heart or smth was all over the place

BTS have honestly helped me through so many tough times. Honestly just after finding their songs and reading a few lyric translations, I felt a lot better.

please don't ever give up on life. The world is a better place with you in it. You deserve nothing less than the best life and you are worth it. If you have any of those thoughts you had ~2 years ago(even the slightest ones) please reach out to someone especially if you can't help yourself. I know I probably can't help you but I hope I can at least comfort you whenever you are going through anything. My dms are always open. you never walk alone

my anxiety (severe) started when i was 9 due tome seeing community violence and found out i had PTSD, Depression & social anxiety ab 2 years ago and sometimes do get panic attacks and school doesn't help and also just get mini-depressive states and mental breakdowns

damn same. spotify is my free therapy . it provides comfort to me especially over the past few weeks/month where my emotions have been bcs life has been tough-ish

spotify has probably helped me more than actual therapy. I love listening to music so it's the best coping mechanism I have. This week has been tough for me too so I hope all gets better

I am trying to grow by getting enough sleep and taking care of myself. I think I stunted my growth for the past 2 years so I'm trying to break my old habits

I'm very sorry you went through all of that. I've been there as well so I'm glad some of it has gotten better.

spotify has honestly helped me through so many tough times. It's like my comfort app and a coping mechanism because a lot of things have been happening lately.

it truly is whenever that type of stuff happens tho my mom goes into awkward mode and tries to distract me "look there's a cockroach over there!!!!" no there isn't

yeah I think you'd be able to handle floor seats. If you're really unsure though you can try and bring shoes with platforms. Being super short does have its disadvantages. Honestly I'd love to be at least 1 foot / 30cm taller than my current height just for the experience of being tall

anyways if mom can't get tickets I'LL BUY THEM MYSELF

Unless those floor seats are in the front, I would be blocked by a wall of human beings. Those back floor seats especially, since I'm a tiny human being. I'd honestly take them any day though even for $10,000. gotta love carrying a stool into the stadium

me spending spare time is like:

if I had an addiction to anything it would be spotify. I ALWAYS have headphones on during my free time (or when I'm studying). If I had all the spare time in the world I could probably beat that record of longest spotify listening time in 1 year (400,000 something minutes if I recall correctly)
