I thought they got 10m quickly tho? I think they mostly wanted to break the hot sauce record because it's still the most watched SM video during the first 24 hours. I'm not really sure how much of the total amount of savage views are generated by ads but I'm sure they would have done well regardless, since 1. It's a big 3 gg and 2. A hit song in Korea

I don't know why they are doing this, maybe to get some records. It's crazy because I'm not only getting the ads on my account (where I watch kpop content on YouTube) but also the YouTube account my family uses to watch random videos, where I barely watch kpop videos. Imagine my surprise when my mom was getting savage ads while watching her telenovela...
Yeah I also got their ads even in kids video, I think SM panicked when the views cant even break past 10M so they go all out with ads

nah, youtube just updated the views. In a few days they could reduct it again. Everything is possible.
Why so triggered by the views? If SM could buy views, why aren't they buying views for NCT ?

Aespa is doing great. Their physicals, their digitals and their views show it.
Because people are interested in aespa more than nct, and they had to maintain the next level hype so they buy views

I think she's actually more fluent in English than Korean or Japanese. The members pointed out once in Weekly Idol that she sometimes pretend to understand some Korean, and I can see that she don't really master Japanese either. Probably because she goes to international school so she speaks English more.
