I was referring to my own post, not yours.
Huge and Mainstream mean the same thing when it comes to celebrities.

If a western group/artist did a few talk show interviews, one Coachella performance, one (mostly) Arena tour and had social media hype, America would be calling them a "rising star" and in Kpop, it's called a rookie.
Blackpink are still rookies in America, just like BTS was in 2017. They have a lot of work to do before you can call them huge, especially next to BTS.
That's all I'm saying. You believe what you want but, Blackpink isn't doing better than Fifth Harmony. They just have the advantage of their career in Korea and the "Kpop" label.

Anyway yes BP charting last year was way better than both FH and LM but my point is BP is still unknown here FH had more popularity than BP at their peak (in America) and as I stated Americans still didn't care for them ! BP is huge for a KPOP group but in terms of GP they're literally a meme only in kpop circles are BP hyped this much and they deserve it but in terms of American pop acts they aren't that popular y'all can get mad but I'm not shading if I'm literally telling the truth Stan and Kpop Twitter is not the American GP . BTS are at best seen as B list celebs here where as BP would be C list . The thread said BP is huge in America and I said they're not they're more popular than other kpop GGs by a huge margin but that's all now if it said BTS is huge in America then I'll agree they're huge everywhere undeniably
Just let them be. If they want to believe that America actually cares about BP when they have inconsistent comebacks and activity, let them. There's a reason why BTS never takes a break and it's because of their American hype. Every time BTS goes on a one-month hiatus, America suddenly makes articles about them "disbanding."

You spoke the truth. BTS is only B list and they have two Grammy nominations under their name and have been actually compared to legends by American media. But, blinks think that Blackpink is huge in America... Blackpink is C-list at most. Just like Fifth Harmony was.

Fifth Harmony was the last girl group to be claimed by Hollywood and even then, they were only seen as memes and a "one hit wonder."
