I remember when Mina first started coming back, she attended some promotions but not everything. Like she did the Anniversary but didn't attend the award shows.
Jeongyeon also hasn't said if her neck is fully healed yet. She was apart of the promotional photos though unlike for Cry For Me and the award shows, so I'm hopeful.
honestly i'd rather see her take her time in coming back than trying to rush it and make concerts and activities etc and risk all the hard work she's gone through to come back so well

honestly i couldn't care less about achievements or whatever but it is annoying af for ppl to discredit Twice - especially new fans who don't know Twice's impact the last five years in SK, reviving hallyu wave in japan, etc. first kpop gg to debut at #1 on BB world album and digital song chart, and first gg to hold a dome tour, 10 mil albums

i mean i don't think the idols themselves even mention the term "visual" that often. It's a position but should be one that's taken lightly and for fun. Talent-wise, being good looking doesn't do much, but you can't deny that good looks get people interested.
And as for how they decide - idk but probably based on korean beauty standards? which may not necessarily be in line with your opinions
