the final was actually 4th, the beginning is the last 5th one in terms of release, it is confusing ik but the beginning is prequel to everything else story wise.
I actually liked this even more than Tank, and I expected it to be the other way around.
The mixing is messy in the "louder" parts of the song, but the jarring transitions make up for it (I enjoy them). I loved the experience, and liked their voices. The lyrics are cringe, but I don't mind it too much. I'll be adding both this song and Tank to my playlist. Looking forward for future releases.
Verdict: Bop
And lol @ the dramatic "kpop is over!!!!" reactions

I didn't really like Tank besides that Lily godlike vocal part towards the end, she sounded so amazing I already want a solo song but yeah I do agree about O.O being better and more interesting as a whole.

It's not the best song ever for me but I also don't hate it like most people seem to be. So I'd say a blop for now but it can still grow. It's definitely a bold experimental statement and they deserve respect at lest for the bravery. Personally I love the second part the most I wish it was made into a full song, these pop rock vibes reminds me of some Itzy songs and I generally like their music. The other verses aren't bad either, I'm just not sure about the chorus and the lyrical choice/melodies or rhythm that they sing. I recommend listening to the official instrumental version of this it sounds like 10 times better, it's kind of sad because with good lyrics and melody choice this could have been a banger. Also the official audio of the song is better than the mv too, it's shorter and it doesn't have these weird gaps of silence between the transitions that the mv does. Also no complaints about the mv visuals, dance or vocals were all on point, the girls are gorgeous and seem talented.
the instrumental version if any1 wanna check it out:

I love this franchise. I watched the movies without knowing the original and I loved it so much that I had to check the source material.
There's actually a new anime remake coming soon, there has been trailer announced. I'm really excited since there's a chance they will finally follow the manga properly like the Jinchuu arc and possibly include the new Hokkaido arc.
Japanese always got the best ideas I have also noticed that Korea, China etc. makes a lot of remakes of Japanese originals and almost never the other way around, yet they often get more recognition which may indeed seem unfair sometimes. From the comments here it seems that most of the Jdramas or movies you've watched were anime/manga adaptations is why they look unrealistic and over the top, most of these adaptations aren't great but there are some gems if you look for them like Rurouni Kenshin movies, Liar Game series, 20th century boys movies, Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi (Erased) series were great. Besides, there are many amazing original series and moves that are not based on manga or anime I guess they just aren't popular or known outside of Japan because it's not oriented towards foreigners, they are content with the domestic market. And so are most of the production in Japan even manga and anime they almost never aim to appeal to outsiders it's just that it happened to become popular naturally, many Japanese people don't even know it's that popular elsewhere and get surprised so many foreigners love their pop culture. So when you make content for your own people of course many foreigners won't get it and that's ok, a lot of cultural knowledge and love for their culture/country is often required to understand and enjoy them. Personally I prefer Japanese production but I'm probably biased because my life/career is tightly connected to Japan and Japanese language.
The best live action adaptation ever, RK is my favorite manga/anime franchise and all of these 5 movies definitely did it justice in fact even better than anime since that one ended with fillers.
