i had sleep paralysis when i was younger it's exactly as people describe when you're sort of awake but can't move or scream
but recently it's a bit different for me idk if it's still sleep paralysis
basically i wake up, get off bed, try to switch on the lights...but then i suddenly find myself back to my initial position in the bed as if i never did those things, i try again to get off bed, switch on the lights, but then get back to my original position, i try again and once more i get back to my initial position, it's like a loop that lasts for 4 or 5 times until i actually wake up
