Well, looking at the new footage the first thing that comes to mind is - thank god he was wearing a helmet because his head went straight into the pavement. He got up straight away but you can tell he hurt his head.

But the thing I don’t get is - it’s only 500m. That’s nothing, why not just walk? Bet he’s regretting his laziness now.

It doesn’t of course change the fact that he shouldn’t have drank and scootered. I think we should wait for the police to conduct their investigation and clarify all the facts - there’s been a lot of statements that have been attributed to the police by the media, but at least one of those statements has been shown to be false. They did not find him collapsed in a drunken stupor, so what else isn’t true. Best just to wait for the facts to emerge.
