AKP is NOT a good gauge of the already small Kpop community. It's 0.01% of a community that's already small among all music genres.
And this is like 90% of AKP posters. We really trusting them on taste?

HardcoreBLINK I haven't forgotten about you. Your medicine is coming.
You can save yourself from the truly embarrassing posts you've made the last 4 years that I have dug up by just going ahead and apologizing and admitting you were wrong.
You should also be required to put a disclaimer in your sig like this:
"I have been proven wrong on the vast majority of my posts. My posts are merely opinion that is not backed up by facts, numbers or evidence. All of my posts should be taken with a grain of salt as I have massively staked my reputation on something that I was wrong about."
Then and only then will I consider not embarrassing you.
Yes, she is stupid for tweeting that. So many in the music industry are tryhards who want people to be like "ooohhhhh relatable QWEEEEEN!"
And this was her tryhard moment.
But it doesn't rise to the level of being canceled. It was just a tryhard moment that fell flat.
It's not that deep, but she should definitely have to deal with the consequences of it. It'll be a lesson well-learned for her.
Look at my post history. I've been trying to tell yall for 5 years the big labels will stop going to music shows and basically create their own weekly "music show" platform.
3 years ago labels were getting mad because music shows were taking advantage and overusing images and videos of performances to make money ie: "fancam, famcam for every member, facecam, high-angle fancam, side-angle fancam"
These music shows have become glorified YouTube channels...because no one in Korea sure as Hell don't watch it on TV.
As with everything in the industry YG is leading the way. You've already seen with TREASURE and BLACKPINK they released "Performance videos" of newly released songs that take place on music show-type stages. Because why should music shows get all the views/money from first performances?
So they're building the biggest VFX/SFX studio in Korea where movies, TV shows and online concerts will be held and it's on track to be completed next year. Labels like Hybe are already signed on to use it.
My thread from 3 years ago:
I keep proving over and over yall should start listening to me instead of Hardcore knucklehead trolls who write fancfics.
I can always rely on Kpop fans being fucking morons.
While SM and Hybe sit in their rented floors of their headquarters YG is sitting in their $180 million 4-building complex they OWN counting all the money and revenue they have lapped JYP on while also watching their 4th gen boy group lap Hybe's in Japan, touring, revenue and sales.
He looks incredible.
You're also talking about him.
And THAT'S a tradition that will never change...an entire MAMAs with many artists and people only want to talk about what YG artists wear, act and perform.
That's a MAMA tradition going back to 2009.
Gasp at what they're wearing then watch your faves copy it 5 months later. GD certainly started it.
Some people's entire careers took off copying GD/YG/BIGBANG.
But that's a Topic for Some other day.
Every girl needs a GBF
You're incredibly angry.
Good luck the next 2.5 years It's gonna be tough watching accolades of other groups while the ahjussis serve. That's forever in Kpop and fans are fickle and will move on.
Just come to terms with it. If innocent threads like this enrage and trigger you, it's gonna be a tough 3 years for you.

BP to TBL 💯
THEBLACKLABEL is YG.
Not just literally:
Yang Hyunsuk and YGE will literally have preferred stock options when TBL goes public.
But figuratively:
I don't know how more symbolic you can get than THEBLACKLABEL being next door to YG in YG's old building with a literal tunnel between the 2 buildings.
THEBLACKLABEL is a mini-YG.
I don’t get it signed as a group in YG but they will have separate contrats in different agencies ?
They'll manage their individual activities.
This is a much more traditional American-type recording contract.
Once again just like YG was the first to not have slave contracts and trainee debt, YG will be a pioneer in bringing more freedom and a monumental change to the industry.
And you should be asking why your faves at other labels (I won't name names) don't have the luxury contracts that YG artists have and the freedom.
This is indeed a gamechanger for the Kpop industry.
As some may know, Kpop labels are more than music labels, they are management companies. They manage endorsements, acting gigs etc.
This will be much more in line with an American arrangement.
IE Interscope has no say on Lady Gaga's perfume brand or acting gigs. Roc Nation doesn't manage Rihanna's fashion brand Fenty.
Music, touring, merch...which is where most of the individuals members make their most money...will still be under YG.
And whatever side projects the individual members want to do they have the freedom to do it as long as it doesn't interfere with their group obligations.
Look at the news sweetheart, it doesn't matter what convoluted narrative some tried to spin in the last 2 years. When people look back at history it will say they renewed and that's all that matters. And I was right.
Some here are going to have to do a lot of repenting and swallowing that pride. It's going to be difficult and some will refuse to do it.
Like my sig says, facts don't care about your feelings.
Sorry about it.
Party at YG's palatial building.
