HAN SEO HEE and HWANG HA NA. It seems that the reflection of the two women, who continue to appear in the public as so-called (illegal) 'drug women' , is still not visible. Although they were both caught on drug charges and sentenced to probation, instead of getting out of the swamp of drugs, they were caught again (using illegal drugs) and sentenced to prison, but unfortunately, neither of them accepted it. Naturally, their Court Trials did not end well.

First of all, HAN SEO HEE is the person who was prosecuted after it was revealed that she had inhaled drugs four times in the house together in October 2016 , going beyond dating rumors , with the idol T.O.P , a group Big Bang member. Separately, YANG HYUN SUK , former CEO of YG Entertainment (Agency) , and former member of the idol group iKON, B.I , also drew attention (for illegal criminal behavior). In the meantime, there were new illegal drug charges (repeat LSD usage in June 2020) , and (HSH) she was found Court Guilty with a Prison Arrest (1.5 Years duration on November 17, 2021).

HAN SEO HEE , who was previously sentenced to 3 years in prison , converted instead to (NO JAIL time) *4 Years of Probation* in (Sept.) 2017 for drug inhalation (marijuana) with T.O.P , was regularly (Urine , once per month) tested for new repeat usage of illegal drugs under by the Probation Office as a defendant. (In June 2020) Methamphetamine (LSD) and psychotropic drugs such as amphetamines were tested positive (indicated in the Urine Testing) , leading to the Prosecution Office request to cancel the suspended sentence of imprisonment (for HSH , so a PRISON punishment situation instead).

HAN SEO HEE even claimed that there was an error in her Urine Test (process) , but this turned out to be false (Court ruling). The second trial court refuted (November 2021) the error claims. And determined that there were no errors in the Prosecution's (Urine) Test results, adding that HAN SEO HEE even made some absurd claims , such as toilet water mixed in her results and amphetamines in the toilet water (due to the sample cup dropping into toilet water).

Added Note --> ... HAN SEO HEE spent 20 days in a Holding Jail , in July 2020 , when her Urine Test failure event took place (illegal LSD drugs detected) ... HAN SEO HEE was JUDGE released (Aug. 2020) when her follow up illegal drugs *HAIR TEST* showed NO ILLEGAL DRUGS (her COURT PROBATION maintained , so NO PRISON duration for HSH) ... So , the new (June 2021) Prosecutor activity is a *RE-FILING* (new updated Prosecutor Complaint) of the same June 2020 Urine Test failure for HSH ... Which , the NEW TRIAL of HSH was handled by a *different* JUDGE ... Who seemed to NOT care about the illegal drugs *HAIR TEST* of HAN SEO HEE showing NO ILLEGAL DRUGS usage ... Which , that is a valid JUDGE option to decide in that manner ... And that different (November 17, 2021) new JUDGE sentenced HAN SEO HEE to 1.5 YEARS in PRISON , based on the Urine Test failure result showing illegal drugs (LSD) for HSH from June 2020 ... <--

The Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Court eventually sentenced HAN SEO HEE to a year and six months in prison, saying there was a risk of escape (so HSH immediately designated at COURT TRIAL proceeding for PRISON detention). Shortly after (the COURT decision by the JUDGE), HAN SEO HEE was (emotional) excited (due to her unexpected ARREST and PRISON detention situation). And even yelled at the JUDGE. HAN SEO HEE (via her lawyer then) filed an Appeal directly (APPEALS COURT , will be then yet another different JUDGE) with the Court on the (November) 19th (to reconsider Prison duration punishment -- Appeals Court event may take place say in March 2022 ???).

Important Note --> ... PROSECUTOR asked for *ONE YEAR in PRISON* for HAN SEO HEE ... Ruling by JUDGE = 1.5 YEARS PRISON , so MORE time , and somewhat unusual) ... <--

In a situation where (HAN SEO HEE) she already has a history of Court Probation with a similar criminal record (illegal drugs usage) , and additional charges (repeated usage of LSD) that resulted in the Cancellation of the Probation , plus court turmoil (HSH anger outburst in Court Room) , it is unlikely that HAN SEO HEE's appeal (future APPEALS COURT event) this time will lead to a change in a guilty finding or a reduction in Prison time duration (currently 1.5 Years in Prison).

HWANG HA NA , who is also known as the ex-girlfriend of former JYJ member Park Yoochun, has a different drug history. HWANG HA NA is the same situation as HAN SEO HEE , in that she has a criminal record of the same kind. But HWANG HA NA is slightly different from HAN SEO HEE in that she shed tears of remorse and repentance.

HWANG HA NA , who was prosecuted for drug use and purchase of methamphetamine since 2015 and received a Probation sentence in 2019, was again found guilty of using methamphetamine (LSD) four times in August 2020, even before the Court Probation Period was over. Also , there were Property Theft charges (finally resolved with victim) with regard to HWANG HA NA.

The (Original) first trial , and (Appeals Court) second trial judgments , on HWANG HA NA , were slightly different. The sentence (final via APPEALS COURT) was commuted (Prison reduced by 4 Months duration , from 2 YEARS to 20 Months instead). But the (money) fines were increased, and the (HWANG HA NA claim) of innocent to illegal drugs usage (in her Original Court Trial) was changed to guilty (she confessed to it as true during her APPEALS COURT trial). Fortunately, even though HWANG HA NA denied the theft charges, the victim of the theft submitted a petition not to punish (her).

HWANG HA NA made a final plea at the Appeals Court Trial, saying, "It will be difficult, but I will get rid of my cell phone and go down to the countryside (rural S.K) to find something that I can do , and live my life diligently" (as a common citizen).
