I honestly don't mind because I used to be scared about yellowish vanilla ice cream because my dad jokingly told me that people pee in it to make it that color LMAO

I think the reason why it's white may be because of chemicals or the way they make it. They might just use a replacement for vanilla or something but make it still taste like authentic vanilla.
