to give some context, Ano was invited to the show "London hearts", she suffers from social anxiety so she rarely (or better said never) participates in activities with large groups of people (part of the reason why she left her former group) she also used to be a shut-in / Hikikomori, ano started crying because she was surprised by how both the cast of the show and her partners were so kind to her

maybe is not some groundbreaking news or anything like that but is nice to see how many people are supporting ano and how they are happy she is happy
