2. aespa debuted and released 1 album and 4 singles with 10 songs in total
3. ENHYPEN debuted and released 4 albums with 31 songs in total
4. TWICE had 8 comebacks with 48 songs in total (including Japanese releases)
5. Red Velvet released 2 group mini albums, 2 solo mini albums, 1 Japan full album, 1 group digital single, 1 unit debut digital single
But they shot like 40+ magazine covers in between... who am I kidding

I don't really agree. Two of the Blackpink members did solo releases so it's been 6 months or so since the last comeback, which is typical in kpop. And who is this sad for? Blackpink members are earning money by endorsements. The only sad thing here is their fandom itself who cares about which Western celebrity they are hanging out with or what Western shows are they attending.
Meanwhile groups who work hard for comebacks, performances, concerts get paid dust by these kpop fans and get attacked by these fans. Sad reality is these kpop fans who fall for the idols whose image is formed by their company. Make one comeback a year, and the rest of the time their PR does all the work of making them look relevant in the west. And after all that, create narratives around how these idols are the victims of the very company that took them to where they are now.

when the number of magazine coverz >>>> the number of songs...
