Independent agencies generally have a hard time fending off sh!tty business practices by the establishment imo. (could be due to lack of experience in dirty practices)

But after that I don't see why not Blackpink can't make a solid company

I suppose it depends on the terms on which they leave YG. If they're still profitable maybe some other agency will want them, but I bet on them finding individual success rather than managing to continue as a group.
