They say the payment is complete with all the delivery expenses included. Then almost a month later when the shipment finally gets picked by the delivery company (eg ARAMIX), the delivery company asks for more money.
I don’t mind paying for that extra fee but the only option to do it is to fill credit card details in the delivery website and that is something I just don’t want to do.
It’s annoying how this extra fee is not mentioned beforehand because the ktown website is separate from the delivery company because it never happens with anything else but Ktown4u. I have ordered from them many times before and they always have separate payment than the delivery company they’re using. That’s expected but usually when delivery asks for money I pay it on the spot not through filling my card details in their website.
