It's kind of funny how the tags say he's telling the haters off but then it's a 5 second long clip and he does nothing of the sort. Is there a longer version or something?

He saw Tae smoking (during the concert back stage maybe), and with how casually he mentioned it, they showed that - yeah so Tae smokes, it’s not a secret, so what and let’s move on (so he’s doing it very subtlety)

While i am glad that now - at least internationally- no-one seems that bothered how an actual adult chooses to relax and relieve stress, what is the actual context of this comment? What did he say before she after?
