Should companies be allowed to debut old groups if they still havent paid their current artists?

Easy answer is no but idk what goes on behind the scenes

New groups are an investment in the future and old groups rarely peak anymore after a few years. Companies have seen how much new groups can sell. Even Lightsum have sold more than CLC in their whole career. This is a pretty harsh business.

maybe it's like a period scheme

try to capitalise and make money from the newer group so they can pay their older groups????

lol I think you mean pyramid scheme, but yeah kind of. They lose a lot of money in the debut of a new group in hopes that group would pay off that cost and then some.
