How to get a job in BiG n influencial KPOP companies Like SM?

Sounds like the old "I love Anime, I wanna work for an anime company" thing.
I assume you'd want a job that has some level of access to idols, so in Korea and not an office abroad. And also a role IN Korea that means you'd be near the idols, no just a desk job in accounting?
You would probably need a high Topik score, probably 4 at a MINIMUM, more likely 5+.
You would need to have skills, experiences and background that would make hiring a non-Korean a more enticing prospect than hiring a Korean, to counter the added difficulties in hiring a foreigner. Something like bilingual fluency, strong experience in an Entertainment field or good achievements or established networks/portfolios of work.
If you wanted to work in Korea you would also need to fill all the visa/suitability requirements for work in Korea. Probably also need to pass some fairly strict background checks if you wanted to be near idols.
Looking at https://recruit.smentertainment.com/ most roles require at least a Bachelors Degree in the field and a minimum of 1 year experience.
