What is the secret formula to have more spotify listeners of an acts discography?

    60% good music + popularity

    40% playlisting + $$$

    you get playlisting when you are known enough by people and have money and power too .

    but you get popular when people like your music (mostly)

    Peak monthly listeners is not a good metric as much as k-pop fans use it. It depends the most on how long songs are on the playlists. The bigger the playlist the bigger the reach. Spotify followers are better indicator of spotify popularity. Exo have 8million followers but never got more than 6million peak monthly listeners on spotify. They are also the 4th most streamed k-pop group on spotify just like how they are the 4th most followed k-pop group.

    Spotify is all about playlisting. more outreach = more monthly listeners

    Have big fan base. It's a fact. Even if your song's crap, you'll pull in more listeners than a really good song.

    Pure luck, good music is very subjective. There are plenty of artist who's music I don't get but they have a lot of fans. All an artist can do is put music out, promote and hope people connect with it.
