Uhm depends? Pick something that interests you.

1st option seem kinda broad.

#2 or #5 are the ones that intrest me the most. Though I'm not sure exactly how you're planning on connecting "environmental disasters" and "healing our earth" (could ended up being more work than originally planned).

Trash issues is probably a pretty easy topic to work with.
