Food you miss having or havent had in a long time?

just everything my grandparents cook, miss them so much, screw covid i haven't seen them in 2 years.....

I've been thinking about a couple foods I had in Hawaii that I'm really craving.

Hawaiian style chow fun that I had at this one takeout place and lilikoi/passionfruit cream cheese that fruit vendors would sell on the side of the road.

I ate both of those daily when I visited.

the reason is for the vegetable (more so than fruit) it's grown in different soil/different growing conditions...

so like white carrots for example we have those in Australia but my wife swears it's different to China because the growing conditions are different...to her it literally tastes different...

I miss having breakfast like a typical american diner style breakfast since usually these days I'm busy with school and have no time in the morning
