Yes, it's due to Soyeon's direction, who always knows how to make the best use of her members' strengths.

People don't necessarily know it, but Soojin was Soyeon's main supporter. Everytime she was handed the mic after a music show win, she never failed to thank Soyeon for making the song. Everytime she was asked which artist she would like to collab with, she always answered she would like to have a duo with Soyeon.

Hopefully she'll return to (g)i-dle.
