He's already made so much money that he's set for life. There are definitely some celebrities who you can tell are just doing whatever for the paycheck, but it's not surprising that many others may not make that same choice.
Quite frankly, looking back on his history of "scandals" most of them weren't actually his (not sure how he got blamed for everything BB-related), and the ones that are his are rather quaint by today's standards. I can see him being sick of the BS.
