I think it'll be exactly the same as with the other groups formed in a survival show. Unless none of the girls is already signed to an agency which seems unlikely. Therefore, the members' agencies will want to get them back at some point, as always.
Regarding Yoonjung, I could be wrong but I don't feel like the controversy reached a lot of people. I went to her latest fancam and found only one comment about the situation.

All the evidence is there, but it's amazing how everyone's shielding... If a kid like this debuts, she's gonna harms the team. People who say "Let's debut", are you out of your mind? Don't cause harm to others, explain yourself quickly and get off.

But everything before this comment is supportive and praises her so... I don't think she's gonna debut with the final lineup anyway. She already lost some steam even before the bullying story broke out. The competition is really tough and she showed big flaws in some performances. We'll see.

a) It looks like it'll be permanent ( k rumors) but considering 4 of the group could possibly be 1st/2nd grade they may revise that.
b) I actually think she can debut, the people watching this are kids/niche viewers, the majority of the people aren't watching this with MBC's bad management and the little kids. She's actually ranking 5-7th in voting around Korea,but her biggest problem is the fact that contestants talented at the same skills as her could rise up and overtake her.

There's no 3rd graders anymore in the top seven! But it may not be a big deal because the challengers of Hyunhee and Yunseo are not more popular than them.
It's kinda crazy that Yooyeon, who proves to be the most popular contestant in the long run, owes her place in the show entirely to Soyeon. If not for Soyeon who single-handedly saved her from elimination, she wouldn't have gone beyond the first round because none of the other judges gave her their approval.

Boeun/Hyunhee (especially Hyunhee) is more popular int, than K, so it could fluctuate with final votes. I hope Hyungseo makes it but it's looking iffy....
