Waiting to talk to someone about something important and you're on hold for god ever and you can't hang up because it's that important and you sit here listening to the most boring ass elevator music.

I have been on hold for almost a god damn hour

I'm not sure, i think because it's the state i have to call it's expected. I have medical insurance through my state, so i'm sure calling them you're expected to have to wait for like ever it's just incredibly annoying!

It really is ridiculous SOMETIMES companies will say hit number something something to keep your place in line and when it's your turn we'll call you back automatically but not for this one lol
