well it's like that enrollment period but like they are changing everyone to another provider and i misread the letter thinking that if i didn't respond/do anything i'd stay where i'm at, but apparently i had to respond because they changed me to someone else, and it's too much of a hassle for me to sit here and find new doctors, deal iwth my prescriptions etc etc. I've had the same plan for like 6 years. So i had to call and i wasn't sure how it was going to work with some appointments coming up so i was like nah this is important i need to wait but damn lol
