I'll start with least favorite. I think I'm physically unable of reading anything that has rape in it (especially between the main pairing) as well as "major character death" 
Sharing favorite fanfiction tropes is like sharing your porn stash so I'll keep it safe and say, since I mainly (only) read Harry Potter fanfictions, some of my favorite tropes are time travel and amnesia.
Pining is my all time favorite. Especially when both the dumb dumbs are too dumb to see the other one is also pining because they're too busy pining.
I also love enemies to lovers and coffee shop/florist AUs. I also really like contemporary setting AUs for things set in the past/future/fantasy world.
Least favorite is definitely things like forced/dubcon and a/b/o shit. I also stay away from most hurt/comfort if that's the major trope because the balance is never right.

Oh I completely forgot about pinning and enemies to lovers, those are definitely some of my top favorite tropes. Dubcon is a definite no go but I might tolerate a/b/o when I'm in a rut no pun intended (I mean when I can't find anything else at that moment)
I don't know about hurt / comfort but I'm also a sucker for angst with happy ending.
Now that I think about it, enemies to lovers might actually be at the top of my list. After all drarry is literally my all-time #1 ship 
I hate noncon , I can never read about something like that especially if it's the main couple like wtf, some people have very twisted image of relationships
I also avoid mafia AU because it's either cringey or romanticised or both...
My fav is angst with happy ending and hurt/comfort

I just don't like the dynamic of friends suddenly falling for each other or pining. I like it better when there is fireworks and passion from the get go channeled initially in a hateful setting or revenge plot if you get what I mean
