Watch them promote this shit more than they promoted BE

  • A whole ass schedule for merch??

I sometimes wish BH never went public, they were honestly such an innovative company. They popularized backstage content, Halloween dance practices, comeback shows on mnet, extravagant end of the year stages and the whole wings era was just a masterpiece.

They knew their shit up until 2019, after that they just started running after money. It's painfully evident in 2021. 2021 was arguably the most unproductive year for bts in terms of music output because guess what they were asked to do this instead?

I hope their next comeback is the best thing ever and I feel embarrassed that I made this thread. I hope they put as much effort into that as much as they do on merch and non-music activities.

    Approved the thread.
  • I am getting really concerned for bts. literally no focus on music at all. they can pop out all the new merches they want but atleast put a little effort for music too.

  • what merch is getting a schedule? I'm really behind on bts things these days.

  • hybe is working exaclty like any other big profit-focused corporation.

which wouldn't be so bad, if people got to fairly criticise and demand for quality like you do for any huge company. But hybe stans still see it as the small company, who fought against all the big ones to survive & they did it just with love and focus on innovation. smh a whole roll out promotion for merch.. and they played it smart by making bts design it.

Biggest problem is hybe trying to prove they aren't depended on bts to their shareholders, but the joke of it all is that they need to use bts' brand to get traction to their non-bts related plans?? nft, webtoons, youth drama, .. all these endevours are being promoted with bts' image.

    EXACTLY MY PROBLEM

Honestly if I saw music getting the same priority as merch I wouldn't even say a thing but these greedy assholes aren't doing shit when it comes to music and concepts.

  • They involved bts in this merch shit for $$.

They're trying and failing badly shareholder's know without bts hybe is a flop, they need 10 groups as big as enhypen to replace bts no wonder they're going to debut multiple groups next year.

  • Watch the company stans stick their heads into the sand and ignore all the blatant money grubbing

because they want to believe Hybe is super special and not just a soulless, greedy corporation that would sell BTS' sweat if they could

  • it's always been a company focused on money though... they're just actually making it now. :pepe-popcorn:

  • What makes you think Hybe is the one not releasing the music?? They are a money hungry company. BTS music is what brings in the most income to them.

And you think they will want to block that??

Have you even thought about it that no album this year may have been a decision from BTS themselves ??

You can complain and criticize Hybe all you want but I won’t sit for you guys to push the narrative that BTS are puppets and hence can’t make decisions for themselves and their music.

  • Who are you defending? Hybe or BTS? Or is it difficult for your fried company stan brain to comprehend difference between the two?

  • The way you think BTS would prioritize making merch, filming hundreds of commercials, involving in webtoons/games/non-music related jobs over making/releasing music. :pepe-cross: If it wasn't for this greedy ass company spending a whole year annoyingly asking them to do it, I highly doubt they would agree.

    Exactly

  • For a company with a tagline that is "We believe in music", they put out a lot of non-music stuff than music in 2021.

They saw $$$ BT21 is making which BTS drew themselves so now they made the boys create another one to market it as "made by BTS". I want Hybe to stop involving them in this stuff. BTS are musicians.

Non-music activities has been too much lately! Add that Chakho thing which ARMY don't care about too much. We're here for the music.

  • The blackpinkfication of bts in 2021 was annoying

  • It's so obvious that hybe is trying to milk them as much as they can right now because of enlistment.
