An ending so bad that it's still the talks of the town like High Kick

An ending so bad that nobody ever mentioned it again as soon as it ended like Sky Castle

    original post: here

    1. #1 is better. To be honest their "ending" can still be considered hit or miss. The #2's ending was so bad that it affected the entire plot that happened before, you can't even compare it with #1

    2. Isn't #2's representative Game Of Thrones? I'm still f*cking pissed offㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    3. Wowㅋㅋㅋㅋ I watched Sky Castle religiously but I have to admit, until I saw this post, I have completely forgotten what it was even about ㅋㅋ

    4. #1 means that there are still good response to the ending, #2 means that they started with a bang and flopped at the end

    5. Wouldn't #1 be considered a dark past? I'd rather #2

    6. #1 means that some people might've still liked it, #2 makes you wonder how someone can even come out with trash like that

    7. #1 is better. #2 means that you have consciously tried erasing it from your memory

    8. #2 has less PTSD effect, it's better

    9. The worst is a final season that nobody even watched like Sherlock 4

    10. F*ck Sherlock f*ck

  • #2 is bad, but there's still a chance you can look back at the series fondly because you don't immediately recall the ending. #1 is way worse because if the ending is still remembered that strongly, it ruins your memory of the show.

Like there isn't a single mention of Lost or How I Met Your Mother on the internet that doesn't involve people bringing how awful the endings of those series were with specifics being mentioned. Sherlock and Game of Thrones get mentioned as series that ended up disappointing, but it's rarely is it so anger fueled as Lost or HIMYM.

  • How did the dramas end and why is it bad, can someone spoil me

    SPOILERS AHEAD

High Kick ended with the death of two of its main characters and it was out of blue, like they were heading to the airport to leave the country and boom the accident and everyone was like WTF

Everyone became too nice and lovely with each other in the last ep of Sky Castle so it was kinda forgettable bcoz this whole show was a big makjang and there was a big twist in 19th ep so people wished that to be last ep instead.

Thank you! That first ending especially sucks.

So Sky Castle seem to make a common mistake which is when writers and PD's want to give audience a calm goodbye to all characters. This kind of things work out if 19th and 20th episodes would be broadcasted in same day, one after another.

First part dynamic, with a plot twist, and a lot of action, and then second part much calmer with sweet theme of all characters get happy ending.

Yup, the anger and rage was so big bcoz the show was really lighthearted and fun and it suddenly turned tragic with that ending. For a drama with 126 eps, it was really good if not for that ending.

Yes, that would have been better. I honestly hate it when all the bad characters suddenly get character development in last ep, bcoz the world doesn't work that way.
