Post-covid is harder because there's very few live performances.
Oh you’re talking about a backtrack this is the playback music. As in the instruments. And if you did mean the playback I can’t say for sure the performances you linked don’t have a playback.
You talked about dancing and singing over, so I thought it was about vocal playback. Luckily these are all live bands, but there may be some specific sound that's playback because they don't have it there.
If it's about instrumental playback then it's best to look at rock bands, but they many times don't have members to play all the instruments.
Xdinary Heroes has 6 members, of which 2 are synth players, so it's less of a problem for them. But if they add an orchestra then it will also become problem.
