How do you decide what Drama to watch?

i use mydramalist and any drama I am interested in (it might be the genre, plot, cast, writer, or director of the drama that interests me) I add them to my plan to watch list. if the plot is really interesting, I set the priority of the drama to high.

then if I have free time, I go to my plan to watch list, and depending on my mood (some days I am in the mood for romance, action, thriller) I pick a drama to watch. If I can narrow my choice down to like three, I check the reviews then I watch the one with the best review.

It is because the list has been accumulating for like 10 years. But my rate of watching kdrama definitely increased during the covid pandemic.

The younger me enjoyed BOF but if I had to watch the drama now, I would definitely drop it.
