I'm assuming you're asking about stadiums with around 35k capacity by saying big stadiums. No one can sell out stadiums as fast as BTS nowadays. I can only think of Taylor but I don't think even she can sell out stadiums faster than BTS.
Rather than selling faster than BTS, you should ask the question if kpop groups can sell out stadiums at all.
Seventeen can sell out domes in Japan. They cannot sell stadiums anywhere else. They can do arenas everywhere else at best.
Same for BP. They can also sell out domes in Japan while doing arenas everywhere else. I think they can do one or two stadium shows in LatAm but they won't even come here.
NCT's case is very weird. They have never done any show with more than 20k capacity but their popularity has increased over the last year or so. Even in Japan, it doesn't look like they can sell a dome with more than 30k capacity. I don't think they can sell out a stadium anywhere just yet. Not even in Japan.
Twice could sell out domes in Japan before pandemic but during this pandemic their popularity in Japan has taken a huge toll. I don't think they can do more than arenas anywhere else.
It will be interesting to see how confident kpop groups are about their selling ability now that everyone is announcing tours. The question of if they can sell out or not comes after that.
More than 3rd gen groups, I'm interested in tours of 4th gen groups. All of them are selling more than 500k. When BTS & EXO were doing 500k, they were selling out big stadiums in Korea and Japan. These 4th gen groups don't look like doing so. They will barely sell out arenas I think. At best they can do some concert venues.

Haven't twice and BP sold out stadiums in Japan already?

Only Taylor can match up to that

BP - arena, yes. stadium seating 70k people ? No.
Yes. Those domes are baseball stadiums, they seat around 40,000 to 50,000 so similar to average stadium size.
In terms of speed tho? DreamDay sold out in less than 3 minutes and the 2 additional domes never went on general sale, they sold out to fan club lottery.
BP in Japan had seat available on the week and final day before the shows started, so around 1 to 2 months to sell out.
