I think HK and SG mahjong is roughly the same? Same 13 tiles, not sure about the scoring rules though

probably just order some fancy chinese food and eat it with families since we are still under stay-at-home order.

The international rules is so complicated. The Mahjong my family plays does not have those flowers tiles.
