It's because we 2nd gen stans didn't do a good enough job to spam daily about our faves' legacy & educate the younger peepz who dunno squat about KPOP LOL sad but true
I cry about it everyday in my heart when I see tons of people that don't know SNSD STARTED HALLYU & KPOP'S WORLDWIDE FAME, SUCCESS & POPULARITY (along w/Super Junior, BoA, & TVXQ). They basically INVENTED girl groups in KPOP, before them only Wonder Girls were popular...after that girl groups popularity & saturation EXPLODED, whole GENERATIONS of GIRL GROUPS inspired by them (& 2NE1 for girl crush concept) came to be....
