Okay, let's think logically. YG is not interested in the members' solo's, otherwise they would have released them much earlier or promote the members more.
YG is only interested in Blackpink, his official money cow.
Every promo of Blackpink was better than the promo of their solos. YG obviously likes Blackpink more than Jennie, Jisoo, Rose and Lisa and right now is probably looking for a new excuse to postpone Jisoo's solo until late 2022.
Papa YG 
even brought them cake. He didn't do that for the individual members. 
Should be proof enough.
