Do you prefer using a pen or pencil to write?

for writing I prefer pen but am student in sketching designs so I need pencil

I prefer pencil since I can fix my mistakes.

I use mechanical pencils more often.

pens for everything. writing, drawing, everything.

pencils make me feel disgusting & crusty when i use them, and i hate the way graphite sounds on paper :////

I always use pencils, then if I'm inking a drawing I use a nice quality pen

I'll say a pen. I do enjoy using a good mechanical pencil with HB lead (anything harder annoys me), but there's nothing worse than a broken/jammed mechanical pencil. Fountain pens are truly superior.

There are erasable pens now lol Pilot Frixion. They work really well.

I prefer using pens. My handwriting just looks better and now that there are erasable pens on the market, there's nothing to worry about.

A pen and a black one at that. I hate blue pens. Unfortunately, writing is a lost art nowadays since the advent of phones and computers. I’m a writer anyway.

Pen but pencil is ok too

I prefer pens bc I press kind of hard on my pencil whenever I write, so the lead often breaks

A pen, I basically use it all the time except when I absolutely need to erase something.
