I wouldn't consider this a pancake but it looks great
the reipe itself doesn't matter, what matters is you drop the whole thing in a sheet pan and put it in the overn for 15 minutes, which is much faster and easier than the regular way.
my own recipe though: 2 eggs, 50g butter, 300g all purpose flour, 350ml warm milk, 2 table spoon baking powder, 2 table spoon sugar, a few drops of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
