Korean netizens attacking The Boyz Eric for going to Lotte World should maybe wonder why Lotte World is open to begin with and why everyone else is allowed to go but celebrities they wanna witch hunt

    Hypocrisy at its finest. They're even attacking celebrities who are not breaking any rules and are abiding to them now.


    I get that it's not wise to go through an amusement park during a pandemic, but why is it even open? And if the rules allow it, why are they being so rude in the comments? Why aren't they criticizing everyone who's going there rather than one boy who they've caught?


    It's simple, if he didn't break any rules and wasn't being irresponsible, stop witch hunting him. Feels like performative outrage.


    He's been stuck in SK while his family is in another country and has been alone for Chuseok. They really want people to suffer, don't they?

    He's vaccinated, he's wearing the mask and I don't know what's the problem, he can do whatever he wants in his free time, I hope he had fun.


    Why are amusement parks opened? I don't know, each country has its own rules and for me, I'm glad to see things opening up, people going out, living life. Life has to move on seriously, are we going to be in this lockdown pandemic forever?

    Countries should improve the healthcare systems and take care of covid and OTHER patients better. And for individuals to stick to the basic rules, wear mask when surrounded with a lot of people, stay home if they have some covid symptoms, get tested, get vaccinated if you can, but social life has to move forward, this is not good for anyone.


    Also I haven't seen anyone being angry with Eric, I mostly saw people being concerned about him, since the person that took the photos might be a stalker following him, not to mention, this person posted the photos as 'problematic' while they were obviously at the same place, doing the same thing...

    I read in the comments from some other, not insane Koreans that Korea left things open but abandoned businesses and want them to fend for themselves while guilting anyone who goes to them. I mean at this rate the businesses will all fall apart and go bankrupt. Eric did nothing wrong.


    Edit: forgot to add that I'm also worried for him. He's been alone and lonely and now he has stalkers masking as fans who will start a mini witch hunt against him. That person who took photos of him knew exactly what they were doing. I believe they were stalking him. It's gross.

    Eric really did nothing wrong and I hope/believe that only minority of people were the ones to made mean comments about him (I really didn't see any).

    I believe it's probably people that want to feel righteous and better about themselves. Or the people that intentionally want to target him.

    I saw there a comment, something like "you have an comeback soon, and there are 10 other members" (altough I think they had comeback like month ago? unless they are preparing next one for end of 21?)


    that I can understand he went out, he probably also drank or eat something there, the fact that he is vaccinated and is exposing himself ain't that bad but the fact that he might bring corona to the dorm is bad.


    I've recently created similar thread with concerns because I saw few idols which just recently were under quarantine, and yet now just when ended it some of them were posing without mask on the street, other were literally already sit in restaurant with tags waiting for food etc.


    It's just some people don't realize that you should minimize the risk of contracting corona on your own.

    For example it would be much better to stay in dorm, and order food when you know that you already might be exposed for corona in music tv station building when you will be on backstage, or in hair/make up salon when one or another miss will take care of your face/hair.
