September 22: 623 Akorns
September 23: 946 Akorns
Difference: 323

I usually do it the day after like in the mornings.
So after I make my daily log, the akorns I make count towards the next day.

watching rich people count their money, nice

idk my tracking...I'll guess I try to claim the voucher near the end of the month but that's hard for me because it's so tempting.
a lot of stuff actually...I want The Feels and Itzy limited badges, I want to buy the rest of Twice badges and some Red Velvet and Oh My Girl badges.

You just add it into whatever day you claim the voucher. It's still akorn income. But you could document that you got it from the AllKill voucher.
An example would be:
Difference - 642 (claimed monthly 500 voucher)
-
So basically are you saying I record the number of the day before, collect the voucher, and subtract whatever total akorns I have that day by 500?
-
Not exactly. Depends on if you're just tracking your total akorn income, or are more interested in how many you get from posts each day. A full example could be:
September 30th: 2010
October 1st: 2652
Difference: 642 (500 from monthly voucher, 142 from posts)
So that gives you your full income stats, but reminds you how much of that was from posting.

OH, I see.
So basically taking the difference and signifying that I earned the voucher: subtracting the 500 from what the total difference was for that day?
