I feel like we all need to stop making threads about this scandal when the court case is still ongoing. We no little to nothing until Hyunjoo Instagram post regarding the case. But even then we shouldn’t be making threads when no one has any evidence regarding the case at hand. It’s just empty words by online users instigating the mess.
Like most netizens aren’t supporting April and the public are still on Hyunjoo’s side. Her latest Instagram post proves that. There’s trending Pann, theqoo and instiz post supporting Hyunjoo as we speak.
I feel like we all should stay neutral and wait for the court to be finished to pick a side. Seeing Hyunjoo’s latest statement this may take months to wrap up.

I mean I personally think it was more a clash or personalities than bullying and personally think both sides are trying to cover their ass and might be stretchIng the truth here and there to make themselves look better. , but if the court says I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. At the end of the day we don't know anything.

She didn't get exposed for anything lol. Because she was keeping quiet, people took that as a sign that what she was saying wasn't true (since we've heard way more from the April members than from her regarding this whole case).
You have not watched the video posted by User Sooyoung, right? I'm not saying Hyunjoo was false but, certainly, it was discovered what she said was not totally true.
Hyunjoo has responded that she has agreed to cross-examination (edit: she said she has never refused it and that she was never asked to do it in the first place) and that she’s already turned in all evidence to the police but doesn’t want to post it online again because it’s sensitive to her. It’s in this post and she had to write it specifically because these rumors were floating around
If Chaewon's mom said she rejected did not mean Hyunjoo had rejected, Hyunjoo said she did not reject did not mean she had not rejected either. You clearly did not view the story neutrally.
I am starting to question her but it is really stupid to present evidence to the public when there is a legal battle currently going on. Everything she says could be hold against her
In that case, she should have stated that she could not say anything as it could be put her in disadvantage in the legal court. Neither that explained why she deleted all comments questioning her.
Also as a reminder, Hyunjoo herself has never dragged any of the April members herself and even wrote a post asking people to stop hating on them. From her initial post, she has spoken about proceeding through investigations. Her silence is what’s making it easier for people to point fingers at her.

She only asked peoples to stop hating because she knew it would only paint her as saint and enforce the belief that April's members were evil, not stop peoples hating on April at all. If she truly wanted the hate to die, she must have said something along the line of both sides were young childish and neither side was completely right or wrong in that terrible situation.

It is a non-brainer after reading her statement. Stop acting as a devil’s advocate by using straw man fallacy.
To the 2nd part: Idk, I am now rather waiting for a court ruling than “he said she said“
