About T-ara Qri transformation

Can someone explain to me what she did to herself over the last decade?

She had so much potential to be a stunner for the ages but I guess plastic surgery was an obsession of hers?

Just in general she is one if the biggest mysteries to me. I know less about her than any other member from my top 10 groups.
