Depending on what international popularity means. Korean fans are really dedicated but Japanese or Chinese fans too.
Since Korean fans are really dedicated, there is a lot of money to do in Korea so I would say that an international fanbase needs to be bigger than a Korean one to sustain a group like K-fans do it.
