Psychology. Trust me
Well they kinda interlink, which actually quite helpful for particular careers, especially understanding someone's social economic background and how it has affected how their mental development.
But then I'm Bias because I did both.
Sociology is a easier to wrap your head around though, especially with a open mind.
Psychology has multiple fields some of which you never really get to see or touch if it's not in your interest. Bare in mind alot of people find it interesting but some don't understand it as well as they think they do but it's all a continuous difficult field of study as there's so much still unknown.
Not really qualified to answer this but lately I’ve been more interested in sociology. Especially with many countries, including my own, becoming more polarised it’s simply more interesting and telling to look at the big picture and social patterns and constructs.
Psychology
i mean... they are kind of linked
Personally my interest would be torwards criminology as I don't like psychology and sociology (even if of course they are linked to it, but i prefer a more specific approach than just studying psychology or sociology as a whole so to speak)
